"Riad Alya was incredible! The room was beautiful, spacious and very Moroccan. I felt like I was in a museum and couldn’t stop staring at the amazing ceiling. Then you walk out in the center and it’s hard to take it all in. Riad Alya is in a great location, easy to find and every attraction is in walking distance. The moment you walk in Ottoman treated me like family and when I left, I felt like family. Ottoman is the best!"

"We were very happy with our stay at this riad in Fez. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful rooms to the delicious breakfast. The riad was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the medina. We appreciated the attention to detail and the great hospitality throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fez."

"Ideally placed in the old city. Large accomodation on three floors with a nice terrace. AC and heating in every room.A large sitting room and nice size eating room. Beautiful view of Fez from the terrace. A recluse part of the Medina that doesn't always see the greatest attention to street cleaning, something one should accept in general for the benefits of sleeping in a historic and impeccably preserved old town. The excursion offered was nice and reasonable. Extremely courteous and attentive driver. Thank you."

"This place and room is so beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really helpful finding parking, riad location and with the bags. Food is excellent in the restaurant and recommended eating there. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to all the staff!"

"We stayed at Riad Layla (suite Alia) for three nights. The place is beautiful and within Fes Medina. Breakfast was served on the terrace which we quite enjoyed. Our room was spacious, well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. Even the bathroom was very aesthetically pleasing. The suite is on the top floor so might not be convenient for some people but apart from that, everything was amazing. The staff were also incredibly nice! On our last day we had to depart at 6AM and one of the staff members very kindly and thoughtfully packed us breakfast! We ordered food through a delivery app and missed the driver’s call, he was kind enough to collect the food and bring it upstairs for us. All in all it was a very comfortable stay. Would recommend."
