The property was a budget property not much inside of the rooms. If you’re seeking luxury this isn’t the place for you. However, the staff is very friendly with over all great hospitality.

The property is conveniently located about mid point along the 7 mile beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was clean and well kept. Internet service was non-existent from my room and the cable tv was grainy. Dining options are minimal if you do not take the ‘All Inclusive’ option. The pool and beach view from my room was great.

I like this establishment I like the fact that I felt safe. I did not like the fact that ice was not readily available. I did not like the fact that one morning I did not have water that set activities back for the day. it was clean and it was safe and I will book again, there’s always room for improvement .

Very basic hotel. Not worth $100 per night more like $50. Cat was drinking from a cup near where the tea was put off for guests. Pool was dirty. Beach was lovely. Bedroom needs updating. Only a sheet on it. No blankets. Needs pillows. 3 small flats ones on a king size bed. Not very comfortable. Takes 5 mins for hot water to kick in. Was not offered all inclusive deal but the I can see the food and drinks are very limited. Dinner wasn’t ready at 8pm. They were still cooking the buffet.

For the location and the price, it had everything I needed. It was clean, the staff really looked out for us, the room was nice, had everything I needed, including an ocean view from the lovely balcony, and a hot shower, though some other guests said they weren’t getting any. We didn’t get all inclusive, but the meals I ate were delicious. The beach was amazing, of course, and there are a ton of great places to eat, drink and be merry all around. We didn’t stay long enough to try them all. I loved my stay, and if I’m back in Negril, I know I’ll be having a Fun Holiday. Ask for room A106

These guests contacted me to make a late reservation. Despite the platform allowing us to book later in the evening, when the guests got there they were unable to check in. This was due to the office being 'closed'. Guests did not stay at the hotel

Stayed at this property 10 years ago was hoping to have the same probably better experience! It was horrible! No phones in the room, AC barely worked, mosquitoes the size of bats , 1 staff member was the house keeper maintenance person everything in one! We booked it for three days and ended up leaving after night one. The place was moldy and cats EVERYWHERE ! They need to revamp this place because this is not even a 1 star at this point.

This hoyel shpuld be called Fawlty Towers. 100 cockroaches on bathroom so you have to leave light on. The pool was not working. Food was expensive and disgusting. Never had change in till when paying. Dont book here even for one night. I stayed here on 3 different visits and its getting worse every time. The only good thing was the staff very helpful and kind. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid. I will never stay there again.

It is barely an all-inclusive. Breakfast and dinner time were too late. The reception desk especially in the morning is unattended. I left my wallet for a second there and was stolen. The cameras did not work. We lost the money and credit cards we had for the rest of my holidays. I returned with a sad memory.
