Such a cute and safe hotel! The staff was super friendly. Loved the common area with free coffee, soft drinks, etc. It was super convenient to refill my water bottle there every morning! Great location near the Akihabara station but removed enough from the chaos, along with a couple other useful stations nearby. A great home base to sightsee. Strong recommend, especially to solo (female) travelers who want somewhere safe to stay!

The room was very small (as advertised). but it was clean. Good shower. staff were very kind and helpful. They often had drinks and snacks giving away at reception which was fun.
Coffee shop and pizza shop on site were helpful when it was raining and we didn’t want to go out.
Also close to train station.
I probably wouldn’t stay again because of the price, but it was a great first time visit to Japan hotel :)

Nice quiet well equipped room with a washer/dryer. The coffee machine in the lobby was so nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

"Very convenient with stores and Shinagawa station nearby. Breakfast was wonderful. It’s a big building and can be a bit noisy with limited dining options that don’t seem like big chains places. Gym facility was fantastic. Newly renovated , very spacious and well equipped."
