"We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area."

"It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain....

"Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. It is on a hill with a massive incline so if your room is in the 200s or 300s be prepared for a workout. Location is great as its outside of main Elounda but only a 20min walk ( or 5 min...

The room and the balcony was spotless. Didn't see much I didn't like about this hotel, many locations to sunbathe, swim and relax. "Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings."

Sehr gut waren die wechselnden und selbstgemachten Speisen zum Frühstück aus regionalen Produkten sowie die Herzlichkeit und Tipps sowie Informationen der Besitzerin Gordana. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen. Einziges Manko, die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig zum Flur hin. Ansonsten hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt."

Maar dat bleek toch iets anders, er gingen veel mensen pal voor ons zwembad zitten en er was veel doorloop. Personeel hielp echt goed en dacht mee, maar voor ons niet wat wij zelf in gedachte hadden voor die prijs. Dus zijn we naar een prive villa in Gouves gegaan.
