"A delightful 6-night stay in this very comfortable gîte. Very well equipped accommodation with lovely touches everywhere. The accommodation was beautifully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. Close enough to St Emilion to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The mosquitoes were a pest, however, so go armed with antidotes if you need them! We would certainly return. The Leclerc supermarket was very convenient."

"Nadine is an amazing host. She is very considerate and made us feel welcomed. She will go out of her way to help. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. The bedrooms upstairs were a bit hot but the weather was unusually hot for the time of year. It might be a good idea to invest in some air conditioning units for times when it is unbearable. We were very happy with our stay and Nadine was an excellent host."

"Had a wonderful week long stay in the house. Not only is it set up with all you expect from a home, but the design is exquisite and the neighborhood quiet with a local feel. No problem finding a place to park on the street. I explored the region looking for a house to buy and Lormont is a great location to reach the sea towards Andernos or Libourne and Saint Emilion without facing much traffic. "House was in a lovely location. Garden was rustic beautiful sound of frogs in the evening. House comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Owner was helpful to accommodate a later check out. Shame half a toilet roll, and no soap provided. Would rather have had these basics than the local bottle of wine! Especially as had just stayed at another place with the basics including toilet paper soap and cleaning products in addition salt and coffee being provided."

"We stayed at the end of July for 12 nights with our 9 year old son. The house is set up with everything you need for a holiday away from home with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The fantastic owners met us and left a beautiful basket of vegetables from their garden which we enjoyed so much. They also left some gorgeous wine from their estate. "Perfect getaway. Beautiful location. Peaceful. House had all you need. Air Con was brilliant when weather was so hot. Plus the lovely pool to dip in and out of. Creon was a short drive which had a Carrefour supermarket bars and cafe’s. Local restaurant just round the corner from house was lovely. Jean and Natalie the hosts made us very welcome and we’re on hand to help if we needed. Would definitely recommend. Jeanne and Robert June/July 23"

"This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. "The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."

"We had a 1 BR suite and it was very well equipped. But with the sofabed open, it feels a little crowded and I doubt you can use the kitchenette. For a family of for a night, it was fine. The hotel is well located with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast, extra charge, was great. Parking, also extra, was also very convenient. They let us leave the car after check out until we headed out in the evening. All in all, I would recommend it."

"Great hotel near the train station! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. This property is located away from downtown area, but easy to get Uber within minutes to take you wherever you want to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber during our 5-day stay. There are also trams that run throughout the city, but we never took one. Overall, great hotel at a great price!"
