There is no front desk 24/7 since its not a resort, so you speak to him through WhatsApp. Although it may seem weird to some, its actually much easier and he is there all the time when you need him. "We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grotta. From the start, they arranged for free transport to and from the Ferry Port. This was extremely convenient and cost effective for us. We enjoyed the friendly driver who handled our tranport. When I had a problem with a change in time on our ferry ticket, he quickly transported me to the Ferry ticket office to resolve so I could get to my ferry on time. The breakfast was spectacular. This hotel is in a quiet part of the island. However, it is also very close to two incredible beaches that you have to walk into. "My group had booked 4 rooms at this resort. Generally, everything was great - the two pools, closeness to the beach, breakfast options, and helpful front desk. However, of the 4 rooms we had booked, 2 of the rooms had incredibly uncomfortable issues with housekeeping. For both rooms, the housekeeping did more than just clean the rooms.
