Naxos Waterfront Villa with A/C, pool (Jun-Oct) and panorama view.

"Beautiful house, very walkable to the sea tbrough the backyard, and to the grocery stoee and a couple restraunts. The pool was nice and they had toys, beach umbrellas and chairs to use at the beach. We went with 7 people total and had plenty of room for everyone from age 6 to age 84, and everyone had a lovely time! Wish we could have stayed for longer!"

"La maison est encore plus agréable et spacieuse que sur les photos. Elle est parfaite pour un groupe de 15 avec des espaces distincts pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres. C'est très calme avec une vue superbe et les plus belles plages de l'île à proximité. La literie est confortable et la clim bienvenue. George est très agréable et réactif. A recommander sans hésitation."

"This was a 10/10! The property is in the southwest end of the island, about a 35-40 minute drive to Naxos Town. It is on a sand and gravel road, like much of Naxos, across the street from a lovely inlet. The pool is immaculate and the pool bar is a wonderful amenity. From the moment we walked onto the property until our departure, every single staff member was pleasant and helpful. The beaches nearby- 8-10 minute walk- are gorgeous. Highly recommend Finikas!!"

"Loved our stay at Irida, the common areas are amazing and the rooms are solid. Staff are awesome across the board. The location is great for a quiet break exploring quiet beaches and local Tavernas in the area, yet only 30 mins away from the main attractions on the island. A car is a must so you can explore all the beaches in the area. Good "snack" menu available, expertly prepared by Patra. It would have been nice to have it available before 2pm, but I understand everyone eats later in Greece and breakfast didn't finish until 11."

"AMAZING PROPERTY. Loved being away from the busy town and enjoyed the peace and quiet. All new fully modern property with good amenities. Pool is nice just a bit cold especially with such a great breeze yoy get. George and his wife that own and run the hotel are so nice and helpful. They arranged pick up service and car rental for us. Their breakfast in the mornings is soooo good. It's 35 min from town and 25 min from Plaka Beach but there is a nice beach 2 min walk from hotel that is nice and quiet too. A few dining options nearby and a market 4 min walk too was convenient. Highly recommend staying here!!!!"

"Look no further than this property. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a villa with a view of the beach. The room and bathroom were modern and clean. The location was close to beaches and great restaurants - however you will need to rent a car if based here. The breakfast was delicious and made fresh every morning. Anthi was always helpful and even arranged a car rental for us with a pick up at the port. We also used the laundry service which was helpful. Overall a wonderful island and experience at Phoenician Naxos. 5 stars."

"Beautiful small hotel with gorgeous landscaping. The amazing free beach was just a couple of minutes away from the property. There were some excellent restaurants within a mile. The accommodations were fairly basic, but neat and clean, and there was an air conditioner/heater unit. It was very peaceful and quiet. Pavlos was friendly and helpful, and he has a nice dog named Tito. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
