"The property needs a major overhaul, looks very run down."

"This property is unsafe and should be avoided. The ground floor is an unsecured, derelict construction site — anyone looking to cause trouble can walk straight in and reach any room with ease. The door locks are flimsy and could be forced open in seconds, offering little to no real protection. The bed is unacceptable. "The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance. They were extremely healpul arranged a taxi for me to get to the cruise port and we're great...
