"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. "This was the best place to stay in Mexico City! It was clean, modern, and most of all, I felt safe. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the fact that there was an AC! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I am definitely picking this place when I come back!"

"Generally a super stay. I love this part of Polanco; quiet but blocks from Polanquito! Room well stocked for two people. Bed comfortable and clean. Whole unit was super clean. Checkin simple and 24h guard very helpful. A very good value. The only negative was an absence of hot water on the second day of my stay. Not cold water but barely warm. Message to ULIV went unanswered. Hot water was available the other three mornings. "
