"The only issue I had was having to pay $35 a day for self parking and nearly having to walk 3 blocks to our room also pulled into self parking area and there was no spots avaliable, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to leave before we could park. "

"We came for the second time this year, and it was a success just like the first trip. This time we also got to enjoy the trip by bringing our fury friend. The staff was always courteous and I appreciate that! "

"We loved the room; it was ocean view and had a nice balcony on the 4th floor. It took me about 4 coffee pods to figure out how to work the coffee maker; I asked the front desk and they said 'it's just like a Keurig' .... which I do not own. Coffee is very important to me! I suggest having a postcard with instructions for use on the in room coffee maker. The toilet was very loose from the floor and sounded like it would take off every time we used it. We took the $15 credit for foregoing housekeeping thinking this would be applied to our parking and/or resort fees but were told 'you have to purchase something within the facility' which was a little disappointing. I checked out the restaurant menu; but I am gluten free and cannot eat pork or chocolate and options were VERY limited and price was VERY expensive. Free breakfast would be very nice! Parking is VERY expensive and we had to park across the street. Please make this more affordable! We would go back because we loved the beach and the oceanview room!"

"This is a fabulous location with beautiful scenery all around. We go to enjoy the pools and restaurants and even got in a day of Golf at the Conservatory. The staff and amenities are top shelf. We had rain a couple of times during our stay and during that inclement weather the amenities were very slim. I would love to see them add a little more options for those days with bad weather. I do love this place and will come back."

"This was a great place to stay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The maid did not make our beds one morning and just piled the towels on the counter. That was not a big deal, but still. Need more help maybe? I did see one bug in the bathroom. If I saw another one, I would have called. The room itself was good. The bathroom needed to be updated. Kind of run down. The access to the beach was great. Overall we would possibly stay there again. Price was decent. "

"This property is great! It’s right on the beach, just had to walk around the corner of the hotel. Everyone on staff was nice and helpful. They have security at night for the parking lot, which is nice. "
