- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"Ideal property for our family stay - conveniently located for access to Penzance and other areas in Cornwall, especially Lands End and the surrounding areasAll facilities we needed were there - and 3 major supermarkets all within walking distance if needed; although the pathway is a bit overgrown (not that there's anything Mandy could have done about that!)Can also recommend a meal at the local pub a minute's walk up the hill - not a crumb left at the end!All in all a fabulous stay, and we would definitely consider using it again"
"I had the loft. Beautifully furnished. I especially love the layout with bed and sofa overlooking the balcony to the field. Very calming indeed. Even the blinds created a pattern when the morning light shone through the perforations. Quite magical.
The hostess was very responsive on email and obliging. Her personal touch of home made scones and Cornish cream tea was very much appreciated. Breakfast consisted of delicious croissants. There was a complimentary bow of fruit as well.
The toiletries smelt wonderful. Just watch your head on the sloped ceiling
I highly recommend you stay here. A stones throw from st Michael’s Mount. Actually nowhere is really far away in Cornwall …. It’s all very manageable

"This property was exactly as described if not better!! Fab location with a lovely see view from the balcony, beautifully decorated and immaculately presented. It had everything we needed! Lorraine the host met us on arrival and was lovely to deal with. Marazion is a super place to say and we enjoyed a drink in the Godolphin bar every night. The view is prefect from the veranda! We had a Great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Lorraine! "
"My wife & two daughters spent a week in Richards lovely quirky cottage situated just outside the centre of Marazion near Penzance.We fell in love with the area's variety & beauty while after each daily excursion coming back to Richard's cosy cottage to relax & recharge each evening.
