"The lady at the desk was nice, but the hotel was horrible. They charger a 100.00 fee for deposit if damages happen, but that the hotel was in bad shape. And you had no qay of telling if you would get chargered from just the room looking like that. Not clean in the room and caution tape around the pool. The smell alone was to too much. "

My primary issue was the side entrance did NOT lock at all
..not even after dark. Our room was directly across from the side entrance on the first floor. Per staff, "we have cameras." Cameras are not as effective as locked doors."

"The hotel was overbooked. I paid for a double room with a pullout couch. They offered me a king room with couch. They gave me linens for my daughter but had no more blankets. Get to the room and it's dirty. Linens piled in the corner. Go downstairs to tell them. She says there is one last room they can put me in but the lock doesn't work. I told her I was not staying in a room that doesn't lock properly. I was then told I had to get manager approval to get my money back."
