"Great location. Friendly staff."

"This property is great! Location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was the friendliest of anywhere I have stayed! Rooms were nice and big and the breakfast was very nice."

We contacted the front desk to report these issues, only to be informed that no...
