"The property is a beautiful old historic home and the owners did a tour which was very interesting. The rooms are quaint but quite small and full of potentially breakable things so need to be less cluttered. The mattress was not good and the bed really creaked. They give you breakfast and I emailed to say I had a food allergy but this was ignored which was all a bit awkward as no choice. The place is peaceful and quiet and well situated for the historical homes tour."

"Excellent check in. Very professional and kind lady at the front desk. The room was beautiful with four huge windows looking out onto the front and side porch. The bed was very comfortable. The porch had many rocking chairs and I enjoyed them immensely. It was a great place to meet the other guests. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.
