Hotel com boa localização.

Ao chegarmos no Valencia Flat, já fui decepcionado pela recepção dizendo nos que não poderíamos receber visitas no apartamento, ao entrarmos, constatei que o flat não tinha diversos utensílios básicos de cozinha tipo: Microondas, garrafa térmica, cafeteira, faca grande entre outras coisas básicas de cozinha, por exemplo um abridor de garrafa; Em relação a estrutura do apartamento, sou sincero, achei o tamanho agradável, mas precisando de uma reforma urgente, o banheiro esta com vazamento no teto, os armários já estão velhos e precisando de uma pintura geral. Já o estacionamento é muito ruim, muito apertado, você não consegue vagas porque é rotativo, fazendo com que seu veículo fique na rua. No mais foi bom a estadia, se a localização não fosse boa eu estava enrolado, esta foi minha experiência.

Localização razoável, quartos amplos e limpos. Com geladeira e fogão. Quarto não muito silencioso, contudo a região que fica é tranquila. Custo beneficio excelente.

Hotel mais ou menos precisa melhorar

No geral foi mais ou menos, tivemos problemas no primeiro quarto que ficamos o vaso sanitário estava vazou durante a noite quando acordamos o a água já estava em boa parte do quarto. Ligamos na recepção eles nos colocaram no quarto 311 o quarto estava bem melhor mas o telefone não funcionava. O Wifi não funcionava no quarto o sinal ficava caindo a todo instante.

Já sou cliente do Hotel e sempre fico por lá quando estou em Natal. Porém dessa ultima vez que fiquei no Hotel o Wifi estava péssimo no quarto 201 onde fiquei hospedado desta vez. Os sinal do wifi estava muito fraco e a internet ficava desconectando a cada 5 minutos.

Ambiente conforme descrito, simples e econômico, próximo de tudo para quem está de carro, deveria ter acesso automatizado ao estacionamento, para facilitar a entrada com segurança e a internet não funcionou em nenhum dos dias que estive lá, mesmo tendo comunicado a recepção, o demais foi como esperei! ficaria novamente no local.

Gostei do hotel e dos funcionários, não tenho nada a reclamar, só o banho quente que fica quente demais, pegando fogo e temos que optar pela água fria durante o banho. No mais gostei muito da estadia!

Funicional, relativamente bem localizado.

O elevador não funiciona. Não chega a ser um problema, o prédio só tem 4 pavimentos. A limpeza só é executada por explícita solicitação. Está escrito, porém não muito visível. Os funcionários são atenciosos, corteses e profissionais. O local é adequado para uma estadia de negócios ou para quem precisa economizar na hospedagem quando em passeio com a família.
