Fully furnished unit in Nassau, The Bahamas 15 mins walk from Arawak Cay.

Enjoy a cozy resting place with all the comforts of home in this residential tourist community. You'll have access to the neighbouring hotel pool just a few steps away. You'll also be a safe, scenic, 30 minutes walk away from the beach and downtown Bay Street. There's restaurants, a liquor store, a gas station, and a convenience store 5 mins walk away. This unit is between two vacation resorts so be aware that there will be some pedestrian traffic, and possible late night party music.

The space
Inside the unit is very comfortable. At the time of writing this description the only thing missing in the unit is a wine bottle opener. I'll get that soon. There's a full size pillow topped bed, a big couch, two TVs, washer/dryer, and fully functional kitchen.

There's parking right in front of Unit 10. The gated access that leads to the spot comes through the residential side of the property, it isn't operated by us but you will have a gate remote during your stay. Be aware that the ride in doesn't share the same polished aesthetic as your rental.

The unit is between the Colony Club Resort and the Oasis Hotel. We're also one unit away from the pool deck where the Resort serves breakfast. There will be expected pedestrian traffic on the path in front of the unit patio.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit with the exception of locked storage space in the closet.

You will also have access to the resort front desk and tour guide services. You are also invited to the pool deck happy hour socials.
Other things to note
The bedroom TV has the local news channel but other than that you will have to log into you streaming service for TV Shows and Movies.

You must bring your own beach and pool towels. We also encourage you to bring your own coffee pods for the Keurig. They're very expensive to buy locally.
