Welcome to our brand new luxury Condo in downtown Nashville! A 3 bed/2 bath flat that impresses with carefully curated details! This space is designed to entertain! An open floor plan + private balcony and amazing amenities ensure everything you need for a special travel experience. Building amenities include: a pool, cabanas, fire pits, grill, gym, lounge, secure parking garage & Lobby Concierage. Just 6 blocks from Broadway Ave & 4 blocks from the Music City Center!

The Catalina Wine Mixer welcomes you with a beautiful, open layout! The Condo is highlighted with designer furniture and Nashville local art work. There is plenty of entertainment space for larger groups. Over 1300 sq ft of livable space and includes an oversized private balcony! Our building offers guests a unique experience of being walkable to all of Nashville’s attractions, while being able to spread out and stay with friends and family!

Staying with us, you will have access to all of the common spaces in the building. We use the Latch app so everyone in your group can have access to the unit, pool, gym, parking garage and front lobby door via the downloaded app on their phones. Your phone is your key!

Our offering is enhanced with some incredible amenities! As a guest at Hyve, you'll have full access to a range of building amenities designed to elevate your stay. Grab a quick workout in the brand-new gym, jump in the pool on a hot Sumer day, catch up on some emails in the lounge and unwind at the outdoor fire pits.

Luggage Service:
Early arrival on check-in day? No problem! We are very excited to announce a complimentary service to hold your luggage. Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.

* We do not recommend staying Downtown Nashville if you are sensitive to noise, or homelessness. This property is located in Pie Town, an up-and-coming downtown neighborhood adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, and The Bell Tower Wedding Venue. Noise from sirens, trains, or work can be expected. There is a shelter down the street. It has never been a problem for us to walk around, but some guests are more sensitive to it than others. Ubering is extremely fast and convenient from this location. Scooters can also be a great option to commute.Almost all units in this building are rented on short term rental basis. We have quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, however, we expect weekends to be vibrant. Nashville is an energetic city and noise levels can be consistent of this. There is a freight train nearby the building that you can occasionally see from the balcony and the pool. It is slowing down when it passes our building so it usually goes by slowly and quietly. The pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day from March through end of October. The courtyard closes at 10:00 PM. We have overnight security, specifically trained to ensure the safety of our guests on the buildings premises.

*Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.

- We do not allow pets in this unit
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.

* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.

*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.
