We booked a prepaid room on Expedia and were delayed at the airport until the next morning arrival after midnight. The hotel would not provide us the room we prepaid for even though we arrived early the next morning before check out time. We had a weddning to go to so we had to get dressed in lobby bathroom even though we had prepaid for a room. Terrible service. Front desk was awful and rude about it. Don’t ever book here.

Property was dirty parking was terrible and they charge to park your car in the lot not valet just anyone staying gets charged to park room was filthy wallpaper peeling off walls black mold growing in shower everywhere vert unhealthy. Front fest overcharged me double and did not want to refund my money will never stay at embassy suites again

I liked the bed...very comfy but the sofa bed was horrible. My granddaughter slept on couch because you could feel the mattress inner springs. I've slept on sofa beds but none of the mattresses had inner springs!! The room was also warm...never went below 72. Needed room service Sat. evening but they weren't operating. My granddaughter got sick and I couldn't leave her alone to get food. Had put some fruit in frig which leaked and base was broken. Also it was VERY noisy...lots of kids but not supervised... running in hallways screaming. Kids in adjacent room were bouncing ball off my wall and were also very loud. We checked out a day early and were charged $75 but will attempt to get reimreimbursed. All in all not a great visit.
