"I don't even know where to be begin... this hotel was beyond fabulous. From the moment you step onto the property you feel luxurious! The staff were remarkable, the room was beyond 5 stars, everything about the location was great. We did some lovely evening walks on the beach, had some great snacks along the way. Perfect location to say the least!"

"A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot. But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff"

"Excellent location, right on Haeundae Beach. Hotel is beautiful and the staff does a great job catering to the needs of its guests. The pools are of varying temperatures (wade pool, lap pool soaking pool, and outdoor pool) and the locker rooms are well stocked and attended to regularly by staff. We loved having the use of the free self-service laundry (detergent not provided) and lending library, which was a unique feature compared against other hotels. Breakfast at Aria was of good variety and freshness too. The ONLY gripe we had was that there were only 3 elevators to service all of the floors, so it took seemingly forever to travel to our floor/lobby/etc. We are excited to come back with our kids!"

"The only perks for this place was its proximity to the beach. The room was dingy, smelled funky, and the air conditioner stopped working at a certain time and blows hot air instead. "

"Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for."
