Room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient area near Haeundae beach and the night markets. They have nice amenities, only downside is the toilet room is kind of small so your knees touch the door

I loved that there was a sauna! I was feeling under the weather and it really helped replenish energy into my body! Also shout out to the housekeepers because they are absolute angels! So humble and so nice! Not to mention front desk as well!! I had a great stay and tbh will be back if I’m ever in busan again.

The staff is very helpful and amazing to work with even with a language barrier and using Papago for translation. They helped resolve a couple issues I had. So very courteous, kind, helpful. The place is clean and breakfast is good.

The spa facilities were incredible here and with our family suite we also had a soaking tub in our room that we loved. The room was insanely spacious, we loved having two bathrooms and showers and the airconditioning and pillows were amazing. Very quick walk down to the main Haeundae beach area and is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful most days, except for one person we dealt with on our day of checkout. But would definitely come back for the amenities alone.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is really good too due to it being so close to the beach and a nearby metro station. There were a lot of convinience stores close by and the staff at the hotell were extreamly helpful and kind. So far me and my friend has booked this place twice and will be coming back there soon. Would really recommend this place.

This is already a strong review—warm, specific, and credible. I’d mainly smooth a few phrases and tighten the breakfast/location sections: Anook means “cozy”… and our stay was COZY! The staff was courteous and helpful, the hotel and facilities were clean, and our room was exactly as pictured and described. We booked the Deluxe Junior Suite and found it comfortable, spacious enough for our needs, and a perfect fit for our stay. Earlier in our trip, we had stayed at another hotel in Haeundae that did not meet our expectations, so Anook Resort & Spa was a very welcome change. If you enjoy a simple Korean/Asian-style breakfast, I recommend the breakfast buffet. Booking breakfast in advance as part of your hotel package saves about 25%. There were also baked goods and fruit available. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the main Haeundae shopping area and the beach, with a large variety of restaurants, shops, and conveniences nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Anook again when we return to Busan!

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I think this hotel is overrated. The room was much smaller than the photos,had very poor ventilation. The air in the room felt very stuffy, and it was difficult to breathe also the window barely opened and there was very little ventilation. The bathroom was extremely small as well. It was very difficult to get in and out of the bathroom because it was so small and cramped. also had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs, which was not clearly mentioned when booking. The staff members were unfriendly and when I asked for help, they seemed bothered rather than willing to assist. There was very little sense of hospitality or customer service. The area seemed fine during the day, but I did not feel safe and comfortable walking around at night. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.

Unsanitary which unfortunately ruined the experience. We discovered that the pajamas left in our room meant to be used for the spa, had not been properly washed. Someone else's bodily fluids (use your imagination) were in the pants. We brought them to the front desk and aside from offering another pair of pants (no, thank you, we will wear our own clothes now), they seemed entirely unconcerned. After feeling unhappy with the interaction, I realized I wanted a picture to follow up on the complaint but when I went right back downstairs to ask the attendant, after a few sharp sounding remarks from a coworker, she insisted housekeeping had taken the pants away so I could not have a photo. The stay overall really was fine but because this experience was so nauseating it really ruined the experience and we did not feel we could trust the sanitation anymore. We did not use the spa areas. Daily housekeeping calls were generally answered, though note you need to be specific - there were dirty cups placed back onto the tray in our room and after 2weeks stay I had to ask the front desk for clean sheets so I could change the bedding myself. Luckily the front desk assured me that they do not replace or clean the mugs in the rooms so yes the cups were put back dirty, but they were our own. But, now of course I was concerned that maybe the mugs are as clean as the laundry between guests. Evening snacks were nice, and the staff were generally quite kind.

For the price and location, this is highly recommended. Little details i appreciate: Tatami flooring that is heated Pillow is ergonomic friendly Bluetooth speaker that gives great vibe to the room The main door light sensor was a little off. It switched on and off with no reason. Check in and check out were quick and easy. They have DIY system. They have 2 buildings. Be sure to know which one your room is located
