"The Cozy Beach House was perfect for our vacation! The house was meticulously clean, well maintained, spacious, nicely decorated, and very cozy! The host, Neil was quick to reply to mesages and accomidating to our needs. The house was supplied with everything we needed, even things for the pool and the beach (chairs, umbrellas, rafts, sand toys,beach towels, ect.) The best part of the day was relaxing in our private pool! I highly recommend this house!"

"We chose the right house for our family of four to spend a week in Naples! The pool is fantastic. It's bigger than most in the neighborhood and has an attractive design. We spent more time in it than we planned to! The location is great. We easily walked to Vanderbilt beach in 10 minutes and there was ample parking when we preferred to drive. The house has three bedrooms and two full baths, which were great for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Finally, the hosts were fantastic. They were very attentive when we had a question and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went well. I eagerly recommend staying at this property and would definitely do so again! However, I should mention that there is a neighbor who does not like living next to a rental. Despite the fact that community quiet hours start at 10 (a reasonable time and a rule I appreciate greatly), he felt entitled to tell us that because he goes to bed at 9:30 we needed to be quiet by then. He has a lit sign (on his property, facing the rental) that says QUIET NO HOT TUB AT DARK. Clearly he has had some problems with renters in the past and hasn't figured out how to deal with them. I empathize -- there are plenty of rowdy vacationers who are inconsiderate of other people. I would not let him stop me from renting this place, but I would introduce myself on the first day to get things started on the right foot. I think he's a good guy, just frustrated.It's a great place!!"

"The property is literally just minutes from Vanderbilt beach and conveniently located to/from commercial district for shopping, etc. Our family truly enjoyed our week that we stayed at the property and would highly recommend to others. In short, we were very pleased and would repeat in a heartbeat! "

"All the things you expect at home and more. Lovely pool to take a dip. Close to Vanderbilt Beach, Marco Island and great restaurants. Also not far from the famous 5th Avenue in downtown Naples. Great shopping experience. "

"Property has an incredible covered lanai area with pool and hot tub. Great quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the fur baby and riding bikes. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Had a great time."

"Great home. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Property was better than advertised. Pool was big enough for 5 kids and 4 adults to all have fun at the same time without feeling crowded. It is a little bit of a hike to the beach, but plenty of public beach access to park at. Highly recommend! "
