Punti forti : * Posizione centrale, piazza Plebiscito a 2 passi; * Disponibilità dei padroni di casa per qualsiasi esigenza; * Pulizia di tutti gli ambienti, camera, sala cucina , bagno; Punti Negativi : * Ascensore a pagamento, 0,20 ( ma è troppi bella questa idea); *Camera da letto buia, entra poca luce naturale; * Le luci della camera e della sala di notte non si spengono sel tutto. Per arrivare li evitate di passare per Santa Lucia altrimenti vi spettano tanti ma tanti scalini, con valigie e passeggio sono molto scomode.
