A refined apartment with attention to every detail, offering plenty of space for two people in its 70 square meters. Comfortable and bright, it features a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace offering panoramic views stretching from San Martino to the Galleria Umberto I, and from Mount Vesuvius to the Sorrento Peninsula. It boasts an enviable location in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli: just a short walk from Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, and Castel Nuovo, and only a 10-minute walk from the Toledo metro station, which provides easy access to other parts of the city.



The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building equipped with a pay-per-use elevator (10 cents) that stops on the second floor; please note that you’ll need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the entrance.



The interior layout is as follows:

Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
