I fully enjoyed myself, although the toilets were not working after the 2nd day. I would go back again. The breakfast was great and so was the front desk.

Pire expérience de voyage : l'hôtel de la honte !

Je suis arrivée malade (gastro) à l'hôtel, nous avions 2 chambres pour 3 nuits. 1er chambre très agréable mais la 2eme décevante ! Pas s'abattant wc, douche encrassée, chambre froide car la clim est coupée dés que vous sortez ! J'ai demandé au moins un abattant wc : la réceptionniste m'a dit d'attendre le lendemain ! Sur mon insistance, elle m'a fait visiter 2 chambres type années 70 ! Et si je délogeais c'était pour tous mon séjour, trop compliqué de changer de chambre 2 fois ! Je ne payais pas assez cher pour avoir un up-grade ! Je suis donc restée dans ma chambre en attendant mon abattant wc ! Je lendemain j'ai eu droit à la pire douche de ma vie ( en plus de la crasse, la pomme de douche était entartrée et cassée ! J'ai demandé à changer de chambre : on m'a proposé une chambre avec baignoire dans la chambre ! Ou la pomme de douche était aussi inutilisable ! J'ai donc montré au réceptionniste comment démonter une pomme de douche pour en acheter une autre ! Et au moins pouvoir me laver ! Il a trouvé une pomme de douche dans une autre chambre : utilisable... j'ai demandé à ce que la douche soir nettoyée sans succès...je n'ai jamais été aussi contente de quitter un hotel !

Muy lindo , a pesar que no tiene recepción 24 hrs

El lugar es muy bonito y la habitación muy cómoda y grande ! No me gusto mucho la calle en la que está, porque llegue casi a las 11 de la noche y me sentí insegura y con un poco de miedo ! Vale la pena que sepan que no tiene recepción 24 horas así que fue un poco estresante esperar a que me enviaran un código de acceso e instrucciones para poder entrar! Llegue de noche y salí a la madrugada así que nunca vi a nadie en la recepción ! Esa parte no me gusto ! Sin embargo después averigüé que a pesar que la calle no es bonita es finalmente segura! También queda cerca a lugares turísticos para recorrer a pie y también está cerca al puerto de los ferrys

Сняли арартаменты, а нужно было номер. Обысючная чистая квартира, но не вздумайте приезжать сюда вечером- будут проблемы с заселением. Днем рецепция работает хорошо. Находится на главной площади и 50 метров дороги от площади очень засраны. Здание очень большое и в нем не ловит мобильная связь.

Si trova a circa 50 m dal colonnato ovest di piazza plebiscito ma per raggiungere il b e b necessario passare da strada degradata con materassi e spazzatura per gli amanti del contrasto. Il cortile interno non si può definire bello , ma le scale ed i locali interni sono nuovi e così i bagni.. la colazione e modesta ma il caffè è buono. Per me la difficoltà era come turista il rientro la sera perché nonostante la vicinanza della piazza il luogo risulta apparentemente poco sicuro anche se non ho mai avuto contrattempi, bene in più coppie, e/ o persone

Bella struttura ad uno sputo da piazza Plebiscito

Incavolati neri dalla prima notte passata nel BB Mola, ci siamo ritrovati in paradiso.In un vecchio palazzo patrizio , un BB nuovissimo con arredi di ottimo livello , personale gentile, disponibile e discreto. La camera, i servizi interni : tutto pulito ed ordinato. ottima la colazione al mattimo. era quello che cercavamo: Un BB intimo con le peculiarità di una struttura alberghiera medio/alta. Unico appunto: i materassi scomodi

nadie nos abrió la puerta, no funcionó la clave que nos dieron y está horrible el lugar y la zona... HORRIBLE!!!!! nunca lo usen

Nice place but drawbacks

Helpful staff. Clean small room. Shower in bedroom. Good breakfast. Hard bed. Difficult to find but location good.

B&b molto carino nelle foto che però ci ha delusi. Si trova vicino piazza del plebiscito.... anche se il palazzo , come la maggior parte a Napoli, è un po' fatiscente. Dentro il b&b non è male, ma le stanze sono piccolissime (e noi avevamo una superior!)... la vasca/doccia è nella camera da letto... ed è praticamente impossibile fare la doccia se non bagnando anche il letto e il pavimento antistante con il risultato di avere una stanza inagibile. In mancanza di un tappetino abbiamo dovuto utilizzare un telo. Il bagno non è dotato di finestra e il sistema di aspirazione , oltre ad essere super rumoroso, emanava cattivi odori. Erano previste delle ciabatte... ma non ne abbiamo visto l'ombra. Il wi-fi non funzionava. La colazione pessima.

Relais in posizione centralissima

Relais situato proprio alle spalle di piazza Plebiscito, di recentissima apertura, all'interno di un palazzo nobiliare in una tipica stradina popolare di Napoli. La posizione è comodissima, consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi sia la zona del centro storico di Napoli sia quella del lungomare. Ristoranti di ogni livello, monumenti e shopping a portata di mano e senza utilizzare macchina o mezzi pubblici. Il personale è gentile, l'organizzazione del relais buona anche se si arriva dopo la chiusura della reception, la colazione discreta. Napoli incantevole come sempre

Hôtel scandaleux !

Nous n'avons jamais pu entrer dans cet hôtel. pourtant arrivé à 16h un dimanche, nous avons dû trouver une solution de secours après 1h à attendre en essayant de téléphoner à tous les numéros possibles... Même pas un coup de téléphone de leur part le lendemain pour prendre des nouvelles!! Scandaleux !
