The Ninarella is in a great location, walking distance to the old city, train, bus stops and the ferry port. In the middle of a bustling area, yet a quiet location. We were able to drop off our bags early and spend our first day luggage free! Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for our stay.

Confortable room with loft with a caring staff

Property was as it appeared in the ad. I had a sense that the owners care for their guests. The innkeeper was super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice quality. The location was hard to find but this seems normal for this part of Naples. The point is that once you are inside you feel comfortable and can sleep well. I will stay again.

The owners were the friendliness people. Helped us in many ways with navigation, etc. The place was very comfortable, could even rest with the door open to the private patio. Naples in general is not great but this place was a home away from away while we visited the Almalfi Coast!

Excellent Value & Location

Overall experience was nice and I would stay here again as it’s a great location for all the sites I want to visit and was close to ferry terminal which I needed to be at early in the morning. Pros: * Raffaele was friendly, fast, and informative on arrival for check in * Botero Room was adorable * Pillows & bed were great and linens smelled fresh! * Air conditioning worked quickly and quietly Cons: * Not super easy or well marked on outside to find without Google maps * Walls are quite thin and could hear neighbors all throughout building all day and night * Discovered a small, red ant in the shower in the morning * You will need to check out in the morning. At check-in, we were told we could leave the key in the room and wouldn’t need to notify anyone, but you do need a key to get out of the front door and the fob for the elevator in order to exit during early hours, so we needed assistance for this (which Pasquale was available for at 630am)

La ubicación es muy central y el barrio es seguro (así los edificios de la zona se vean sketchy), el servicio es bueno, se pueden dejar las maletas al finalizar la estancia. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia. Ofrecen agua, café, té y galletas.

NON adatto a disabili, posto e personale pessimo.

Camera NON adatta a disabili, bagno inagibile per persone con disabilità (vendono la camera come adatta a disabili e anche telefonicamente confermano l'agibilità) ma ancora più grave sono le barriere architettoniche per entrare nella struttura. Avevamo prenotato e chiamato chiarendo la presenza di una persona in carrozzina e al nostro arrivo non hanno predisposto alcuno scivolo e zero assistenza, solo scuse generiche e l'arroganza di affermare che si tratta di un nostro "stile di vita" il fatto di avere esigenze particolari.

部屋の掃除は徹底されていない。コップやトレイ、テレビ台に埃がたまっている。無料Wi-Fiもつながらず、持参したルーターを使用しました。部屋までにいくつかの鍵が必要だが、どの鍵も簡単には開かない。困ってオーナーに問い合わせて鍵を開けてもらったが、「なぜ、こんな鍵も開けられないんだ。」と肩をすくめられてしまった。連泊を予定していたが、1泊だけして、チェックアウトし、ホテルを替えました。おすすめしません。

After we were able to get checked in after arriving early, Pasquale was super helpful. He was the best host around. The value for the price is unbeatable. He was a super host he even drove us down to Positano for the best value around! Would stay here a million times again!

This B&B is conveniently located, safe, and clean in the heart of Naples's centro storico. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I had everything I needed in the room itself to both rest (comfortable bed, mini fridge, etc.) and work (nice desk, faster internet, etc.). Whatever your reason for traveling to Naples, I would highly recommend the B&B Ninarella!
