No true reception. Similar to an Air B&B. Meet a guy on the street with keys. Gave us a quick tour and some vouchers for the cafe for breakfast. Room was secure, clean and spacious. The bed was rock hard. My back will take days to adjust. Location is just out side the train station. Very congested and chaotic. A true experience on its own.

I would say the money spent on this room is quite expensive but the location wise and the comfort after the travel is really quite fascinating. I didnt expect my room to be nice because the outside environment is really messy. Staffs are helpful and cooperative.

WOW!! Location, Location, Location. Just a few steps away from the Napoli train station, and around the corner from great croissants. Along with a SPECTACULAR new renovation. I was blown away by the amazing craftsmanship on the bathroom tiling. A full wall slab ceramic tile that I've never seen before. A perfect example on why Italian tile is the best in the world. I have stayed at many small boutique hotels like this one but this one definitely stands out. I would highly suggest this as a place to stay.

Nice room, clean and comfortable with a hot shower. It is very close to the Central Station. The breakfast offered is just downstairs and two minute walk around the corner to freshly made (you can smell them baking it’s a great way to wake up) pastry and cappuccino. The manager is helpful and accessible. The area is convenient but in a busy area and far from the historical part of town. The apartment is safe with a triple door access (nice because I’m a single female traveler).

Convenient for station.

The room itself was lovely, looked very recently renovated and very nicely decorated. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the area around the hotel is pretty sketchy, and there is no elevator and nobody to help with bags (but it was only 1 flight of stairs). Very convenient for the station and the Alibus which is why we chose it.
