Very ordinary hotel

AC controlled centrally and hotel would not turn it on and it was a hot May Day. Their suggestion was to open windows on a very busy road. Pluming in bathroom had a very unpleasant door. Area around hotel was quite dirty. Very pleased we only stayed in Naples 1 night.

Very noisey, plug sockets hanging of wall, door handle hanging off door , door didn't shut properly. Cleaner kept leaving door unlocked!. No telephone that worked to reception no lead . 1st floor above noisey bar . Aircon not working.

Stanza diretta sul bar sotto, difficile dormire ,luci di cortesia sopra i comodini non funzionanti , odore sgradevole dalle tubazioni in bagno. Ci siamo lamentati ma non è cambiato nulla,Però sono gentilissimi .

Camera nn pronta all.arrivo. Altra camera sostitutiva sporca... Rifanno le pulizie e siamo costretti a lasciare l albergo nel frattempo. Torniamo camera ancora sporca Veramente stanchi andiamo a dormire La mattina ci svegliamo in compagnia...una cimice sopra il cuscino.... Esperienza e albergo pessimo!

Esperienza da non ripetere. Le 4 stelle sono state assegnate probabilmente 30 anni fa e da allora nessuno ci ha più messo mano, né tantomeno la scopa. Nella nostra camera manca lo sportello della doccia; tutti i bordi del piatto doccia sono scrostati ed usurati; il bidet è da sostituire perché rotto; lo scarico del wc è malfunzionante;in bagno non si sa dove appendere i teli. Venendo ora alla camera, parte del soffitto è scrostato e macchiato; la tv non funziona e nessuno è intervenuto al fine di farla accendere. La pulizia è a dir poco scarsa; abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque e polvere accumulata da mesi. Dei quattro addetti alla reception solo una ragazza giovane si è rivelata cortese e competente. Da dimenticare!

Tutto uno schifo, ho pagato due notti e sono dovuto scappare dopo labprima notte; non c'era corrente, non era possibile usare il bagno, non c'era acqua calda, la stanza molto sporca piena di polvere, le lenzuola che puzzavano, non funzionava neanche il televisore, la porta della stanza tutta rotta etc. Etc.. Hanno avuto anche il coraggio di chiedermi i soldi del soggiorno, quando ho pagato due notti in anticipo e sono duvuto scappare, neanche gli zingari vivono in questa sporcizia.. Sconsigliatissimo....

La struttura da fuori sembra messa bene anche la hall è ordinata. Il problema vero e proprio è la camera, pezzi di vetro sulla tazza, peli nel bidet e sulle lenzuola, porta della doccia MANCANTE, le mura della camera cadono a pezzi e abbiamo trovato delle cicche di sigarette sul davanzale della finestra.

部屋もシャワールームも清潔でない。スタッフからホテルで利用できりサービスの案内も無く、部屋に案内書も無い。テレビは飾り？リモコンが無くて付けられない。ベッドに掛け布団が無く、1日目はそのまま過ごしたが寒すぎて眠れなかったので、2日目にスタッフに伝えるとブランケットのようなものを２枚持ってきた。 周辺環境について、ホテルの真横で真夜中もずっと音楽を異常な爆音でかけていて物凄く騒がしく、眠れなくてかなり疲れた。

J’ai payé pour une chambre supérieure sur la photo il y avait un grand lit et deux petits lits et j’ai eu une une chambre simple avec un lit double. Je suis arrivée à l’hôtel à 13h la réceptionniste m’a dit le Check in c’est à 14h d’une façon très froide pas de bonjour pas un regard.. le personnel ne dit jamais bonjour on a toujours l’impression de les emmerder.. et la rue est très bruyante il y a deux cafés juste en bas le soir il y a beaucoup de monde donc beaucoup de bruits et l’hôtel est quand même assez loin du centre il faut compter une petite demi heure à pied pour arriver au centre historique il n’y a pas de métro aux alentours et quand il pleut les métros sont fermés car inondations… j’ai choisi cet hôtel car le prix était intéressant j’ai payé 200€ pour deux personnes pour 3 nuits mais je ne le recommande pas je ne me suis pas sentie à l’aise pendant mon séjour j’ai trouvé les gens qui y travaillent très froids. Et attention les horaires d’arrivées et départs ne sont pas corrects ! Arrivées 14h départs 10h30 ne vous faites pas avoir !

Alla reception sono stati gentili, ma la camera era sporchissima, dal piatto doccia ai teli che avevano maccje di dubbia origine, c'era un solo rotolo di cartigenica quasi finito il frigo nar(vuoto) aveva delle macchie di cibo perfino sui ripiani dello sportello, la tavoletta del vater rotta e nonostante io abbia prenotato una camera familiare, hanno dormire su due brandine con una delle due così instabile che una sezione si e chiusa due volte nella notte e mio figlio ha 11 anni ed è di corporatura normale. Il rumore della stradaa è veramente forte(l'albergo si trova su un grosso viale). Comunque sarei passato sopra a tutto ma l'igiene era la peggiore che io abbia mai incrociato in un albergo. Se non fossimo arrivati di sera saremmo andati via. Consiglio ai gestori di aumentare i prezzi di 5-10 euro e di investirli nella pulizia della camera.
