The room was clean and modernized. Bed was great! Room was cozy. However Was difficulte to get in as we had not reseved email or text from owner with codes to get into the building before we arrived. Took a while. Location is in city center....close to resterants, metro,trains and busses. Lots to see and do. If you are under 50 and like quirky this place could be for you however there are over 30 stairs you have to carry your bags up and down. My husband and I are over 70 and it was a realwork out.... get in and out at the end of our visit with our bags.

The location being right at the central station is SO convenient. There are also many restaurants very close by. The owner of the property is very nice. The place was clean, and quiet despite the location. Just make sure you complete the whole check in procedure BEFORE arriving - otherwise finding the b&b and getting the keys will be very confusing (learn from our mistake!). In terms of cons, the b&b might not be the most accessible for wheelchair users, since there are some unavoidable steps and the elevator is very small. Also, some of the areas surrounding the piazza are less safe at night, though I felt perfectly safe if I just stayed in the actual central station/Piazza area. Basically, just use common sense.

Rooms was very nice, new and clean. Place is very good too, near station. People said that is dangerous to stay near this station, but we didnt have any problems with it. Havent seen homeless people around. Thanks to Marco who answered all questions 🙂

I would recommend this place.

Excellent stay, stayed in touch with whatsapp and met me out front. We very helpful and helped me out with options to get to the BnB. The BnB was in a excellent location near the train station with a short walk into old town. Room was very clean with no complaints. The room had Air conditioning, a small safe, mini fridge and lots of lights. Gianluca Helped me with taxi for my early flight. 😊 I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is advertised like a hotel, but it’s an Airbnb. No staff, front desk or services. The listing is deceptive and you have to text with the owner to gain access. The building is very run down and you have to pay to use the elevator during the day. The building is very run down and the neighborhood seems very unsafe and there are a lot of people hanging around. The upside is that the military police seems to hang out in their car near the entrance because you're very close to the train station. The room was basic but clean but our shower didn't work and the owner didn't come to fix it as promised.

Good choice for experienced travelers on a budget

The room was spacious, very modern and clean. This is not a conventional hotel with a lobby and staff on site all day. It's a little difficult to find but the staff contacted me on WhatsApp and provided instructions. The entrance to the Metro is right across the street, and the breakfast provided is a pastry and coffee at a very nice cafe on the lower level of the Metro entrance. The only thing I would suggest is a sign on the (very securely locked) exit door explaining how to open the latch without a key. I thought I was locked in until another guest showed me how to open it.

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole nonostante al checkin ho atteso 20 minuti nonostante la nostra puntialita allappuntamento. Poi mi hanno fatto ripagare il soggiorno che avevo pagato gia con expedia per fortuna poi stornato quando ho fatto vedere il doppio addebito su carta di credito. La stanza piccolina adatta per pochissimo giorni. Il letto e la doccia formidabile che è lessenziale. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.
