Services not as advertised: no buffet breakfast or laundry services. Double (Red) Room had severe water damage and leaking floors near bathroom. There were dirty dishes in our room when we arrived. We checked out early to stay elsewhere.

Personnel qui ne parle rien d’autre que l’italien mais très chaleureux et accueillant. On a pas vraiment compris comment se passe le petit-déjeuner donc on est parti manger dehors… chambre spacieuse et la personne à même pris le peine de faire le lit d’appoint pour notre fils qui devait dormir avec nous de base. Bref tout s’est bien passé.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica nel centro di Napoli e vicino al lungomare. Il personale gentilissimo e pronto ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta ed informazione utile sia sulla città da visitare, sia per quanto riguarda i suggerimenti richiesti per la ristorazione.
