Experience this newly renovated ultimate waterfront experience at this stunning cottage located in Naples, in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine. This private oasis offers breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets with an expansive sandy beach situated 500 feet from the cottage, offering a gradual entry into the water. The screened house close to the shore provides a serene place to relax and unwind. For added convenience, a shed outside the main house houses a washer and dryer. The sprawling lawn is perfect for outdoor activities, and numerous shade trees provide relief from the sun's heat. The dock on the left side of the property is ideal for boats up to 24 feet long, providing access to over 40 miles of boatable waterway on Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River.

2025 Rates: $572/night PEAK season $443/night LOW season $215/night OFF season

Please note there is a driveway that goes all the way to the right side of property that owner and groundskeeper use to access the right dock which is not part of the rental. The dock on the left side of the property is available for guests to use. The beach is entirely private for renters.

Great cottage on beautiful lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was a great place for vacation. I come to Maine all the time and rent in this area around Sebago Lake. This one is on Brandy Pond. It was a great share with my nephews family & mine. The outdoor area is huge. Everything was in working order. Beach was Sandy. Great for swimming. Quiet for the most part, although we did have neighbors letting off fireworks after 10pm, which was a bit obnoxious. (This was not anywhere near July 4th) The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small but no big deal. Secluded but close to Naples. Overall, a beautiful spot & ideal cottage for a family or even 2 small families that want to share.

Peaceful Location for a Relaxing Family Vacation

The cottage was clean and the property owner/manager was helpful with questions. My family wants to vacation here yearly. I would definitely recommend this property for vacation rentals.
