Our home sits on the top of Napier Hill in a quiet residential street with a sweet little sea view. The location gives you easy access to the shops and city on one side of the hill and bustling Port Ahuriri on the other. A short walk to either side and just a few minutes drive from the airport this is a great base. Renovated three years ago it is warm, bright, clean and tidy. Ideally suited for one or two couples to share. As this is our home not a holiday house it will have everything you will need so feel free to use the kitchen basics like tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper and spices etc to save you buying these items during your stay. If you forget your toothpaste there will be some of that too and clothes washing powder etc.

The top level of the house is an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. Enjoy watching the ships arrive into the port in the distance. The second level has the main bedroom with a comfy kind bed and ensuite and the main bathroom with laundry is also located on this level. On the third level is a comfy double fold out sofa bed. This room is nice and cool in summer as it's set down in the trees and has shade. The dryer is located down on level three in a drying room.

Good quality linen is supplied for both beds (ie crunchy, fresh, 1200 thread count cotton sheets).

The ensuite and bathroom have shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and body wash supplied.

There is a cat named Barcode living here so if you are allergic to cats this might not be the best accommodation choice for you. Hopefully he will not try to impress you by bringing you in any live, half-alive or deceased creatures! You'll need to feed him each day.

There is one off street parking space but also plenty of space on the road outside the house. Access into the house is at street level but inside are three levels of stairs and no lift.

The house is peaceful and quiet and in an excellent location to base yourself from to enjoy Napier and the surrounding Hawkes Bay area.
