"Enjoyed our second stay in two weeks. This is a top spot and hotel in the beautiful city of Napier. Terrific ocean views and relaxed vibe make it a great choice for travellers. We had the one bedroom unit which is superb. Very cold weather outside , warm and cosy inside. The front of house staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended to everyone."

"I was attending a conference locally, stayed 3 nights and had everything I needed for that stay. My room was clean and aired, with good linen, heating and a fridge available. A very handy walk to supermarkets, and cafe/restaurants. The only downside to my stay was the INFORMATION regarding parking (not the property's lack of parking). A pre-arrival email stated that parking was limited, was on a first come first served basis, but not available to guests who booked through Expedia... Trying to find parking information on the council's website was pretty hopeless when you are looking for all-day parking. I ended up travelling with a colleague so that I didn't have to deal with this. Perhaps the property could have some suggestions on parking, as not everyone is only looking to park their vehicles overnight."

"Great location, easy walk around town and very close to beach. Nice cafes and shops to explore. Hotel has a very nice bar and dinning room. Bedroom was small but very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I would stay here again."

"Stayed in the ocean view rooms, great to be able to walk out onto the beach. The café is great for a bite to eat, breakfast and lunch. Rooms comfortable, we stayed in winter months."
