"My booking here was made literally last minute. And the receptionist greeted me so warm and even listened to my problem I had earlier. She was so helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else from now on in Napier but there. The room was warm and cosy, heaps of space and the amenities were great. I wish I could’ve stayed another night. I’ll definitely be back again "

"First time back after opening of new road replacing The Gorge. Great improvement! Some excellent new restaurants (Madame Social especially) and some old favs doing well (fish at Mr D's was memorable). The enormous south at the Upper Norwood cafe was absolutely wonderful."
