The space
The home comes with 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and towels. If you need a Pack n Play, then we also have it available.
Every Bedroom is equipped with a 50" TV and a Sonos Sound System, and the 2 Living Room Areas have 65" TVs and Sonos Sound Systems.

First Floor Description
Open floor plan of this two story home! Enter to find a custom built kitchen, sitting area with TV and dining table that can fit 8. Laundry is located off of the kitchen. Two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (1 King & 1 Twin, which can be converted into another king bed) are found on the 1st floor, along with a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen.
Second Floor Description
A private staircase leads you to the second level where there is also the same open floor plan! Custom built kitchen, laundry off of it, sitting area and kitchen island that sits four. Two bedrooms (1 King & 1 Twin, which can be converted into another king bed) with en suite bathrooms and a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a multi-purpose room that can be used as an office space, reading room or extra bedroom with the built-in, full bunk beds. There is a french door that is next to the kitchen that leads you down an outdoor, mahogany staircase to the backyard.
Base Price per night is for up to 10 Guests. Each Guest over and above 10 Guests must be approved and if approved will be Charged $150 per night per Guest.

As with all rentals, Guest will be required to sign the Owner's Residential Lease Agreement.
