The Tom Nevers area is a gem of Nantucket Island. This area offers you peace and quiet from the summer crowds without being too far away from the historic downtown area. Tom Nevers beach is located 1.4 miles down the road and has miles of secluded beachfront that is never crowded in the summer. Use the Milestone bike path to head to the quaint town of Siasconset (2 miles) or head to town (5 miles). If you are looking for a workout with beautiful view, the bike path connects to the Polpis bike path to create a 30-mile loop. Also located within a half mile of the bus stop "The Wave" which will take you to the historic downtown shops or local beaches. Tom Never's is a rural setting surrounded by conservation land and many walking paths leading to beaches and the moors. Next to Tom Nevers Beach you can find a children's playground, outdoor roller rink, basketball hoops, and baseball fields with beautiful views of the ocean. This is the perfect area for fishing and surfing if desired. This area is also less than 1 mile from 3 golf courses (2 private, 1 public)..

We welcome you to a beautifully constructed upside-down colonial home with covered front porch and 2nd floor deck to watch the picturesque Tom Nevers sunsets. Your home away includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with central air conditioning and wifi. Outside you will find a private fenced in heated large pool, screened in gazebo, large heated private outdoor shower and large landscaped yard with playground and basketball court.

2nd floor: Open kitchen, living and dining floor plan with cathedral ceiling and 1/2 bathroom. Beautiful chefs kitchen with custom mahogany counter tops, six burner Viking gas range, central island and breakfast bar. Large living room area with fireplace and large HDTV. Dining area is open to living area and includes comfortable seating for 8 people. Walk out to the 2nd floor deck to enjoy the rural setting and the well-known Tom Nevers sunsets.

1st floor: First master bedroom with lounging area and en-suite custom bathroom and private outdoor sitting area. Second bedroom with two twin beds. A third room that may serve as over-flow sleeping with pop up trundle bed that can convert to king size bed if needed, play area, and TV.

Basement: Second large master bedroom, with king sized bed, including custom en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Natural light pours into the bedroom from french doors leading to a private sitting area with walk out to the beautiful yard and pool.

Pool: Large 800 sqft in-ground HEATED pool. Gazebo: Screened in area with gate to pool. Large outdoor blue slate patio area around Gazebo leading to pool perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. *Pool opens in June and stays open through September.*

Driveways: Two driveways available in case you would like to use the basketball hoop in main driveway.

Playground: 2 slides, climbing wall, wobble bridge, and 3 swings.
