In-town Nantucket Cottage - Abuts Bird Sanctuary

"Overall nice stay and fairly quick walk to town. The owner was very accommodating and allowed a flexible check in and check out time. The sheets/linens and mattresses are fairly used and had stains. The biggest red flag is the property lists 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Theres only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room said it had a king bed but its only queen. And one of the rooms has a pullout couch, not a bed. Overall, nice stay with great weather and beautiful outdoor space."

"The most amazing place to stay in Nantucket. Close to the main town for shopping, dining and exploring. A short bus or bike ride to the beach and most anywhere you want to go. Everything about this place is about amenities and caring for guests. Highly recommend."
Charming Historic Downtown Cottage

"It was a nostalgic fishing type home that makes us feel like we were in the 1950s. The cabinets and cutlery could use some cleaning. Not a place to cook if you need to cook in. Location was excellent and host was great at communication when we had questions. The ac is pretty loud so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring some ear plugs. Lovely yard!"

"Beautiful boutique hotel, great location, very friendly and warm staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast was a high standard. I hadn’t realised that the room I booked was the smallest in the hotel, and similar to a Manhattan Studio size. It was compact and very well laid out. It was great for one night, possibly too small if staying a few nights. Not sure if it wasn’t clear from the description on the website of how small it was, but just worth checking the room type of you need something a little bigger."
