Check in was confusing. No one was at front desk, which was locked. A call number was given but had no record of what room I was to be in. The carpets and shower were filthy although the beds were clean.
No room service was given. Garbages were not emptied not the floors vacuumed.
Check out was easy. Just drop the key in the box although had I not been prepaid I’m not sure what check out would have been like.
