"First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"The 'Pendine Sands B B' is adjacent to a spectacular looking medivial church. (By the way: we attended a Sunday Mass and we were taken aback by the warmth of the congregation, with which we - total strangers - were welcomed). The entire area is very serene and calming. The hosts are the kindest people we have met for as long as I can remember. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Everything in this property is spotless and to the highest of standards. "Excellent hotel! Clean very comfortable rooms, charming with modern bathrooms, outstanding service! The outstanding Welsh staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful! Delicious made to order breakfast. Easy to walk all around Camarthen from the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely stay there again & recommend to others!"
