The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms. The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. "Room was clean and well presented. Shower drain was very slow draining which meant very short showers to avoid overflow. Common room was convenient but could do with a thorough clean and better facilities to wash up with. "
