Amazing ocean view house

Welcome to a beautiful over 180-degree ocean view house for a perfect stay to relax and revive from work.
Located in a quick, safe and friendly neighborhood in North of Nanaimo which is the best community of the city. Amazing views of Salish-sea and mainland mountains quite residential area but with easy access to Costco, Woodgrove, Superstore, and other attractions. 5 minutes walking to the stair way to beach. 15 minutes to departure bay ferry terminal. we can accommodate up to 4 adults.
Guests have access to the entire floor, including bedrooms, laundry room, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family room and decks. Instructions for accessing the house will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

Perfect for our needs

The home was just as it was listed. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet. The views were enjoyed. The home was centrally located for our stay. The host was responsive. Definitely would come back and recommend!

It was an amazing ocean view house just as it was advertised. Can’t think of a negative comment to make. Well stocked with amenities, extremely clean, great location, easy communication with host. If you’re looking and thinking about booking you should strongly consider this home!!

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights at this rental. The house is as beautiful as the pictures show, with gorgeous views and several tables indoor and outdoor for eating! It was very clean, and Claire was thoughtful to even include an instant pot there, and a small jar of soy sauce, which we appreciated. The location is perfect - we loved the little beach within walking distance, with lots of shellfish nestled in the waters, and is warm enough for a brief dip in at low tide. The neighborhood is very chill, and there is a walmart nearby to stock up on anything you need. It is about a 20min drive into town for a lot of yummy eateries. We particularly loved the Red's bakery for nanaimo bars, though sometimes they ran out so we would call to make sure they were there before returning!
