"From the USA. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was nice. I wouldn’t say a 5 star like they do here. The Pool area needs to be updated. Service could be a little better for a 5 star hotel as well. Staff was nice. Needs a better bar in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Couldn’t hear the busy traffic from the rooms which is a plus. I would stay here again and recommend but don’t expect the ritz Carlton."

"Everything was great, especially the clean room and bathroom and good breakfast. The only minor drawback was that when we were in a rush to check out, they asked us to wait while they had someone check our room, which is an unreasonable process. It took so long, we just left."

"Located by this plaza not too far away from the Haiphong train station and other stores. The room, with no window, was very clean and quiet, with a separate enclosure for the bathroom. There were multiple wall outlets for charging devices. The staff spoke little English but they were very warm and friendly. "
