"My night at the Conrad was not only my favorite night in Japan, but it was one of the best night's of my life. The view is incredible... We were greeted by the kindest woman & we had a drink in the bar while we waited for our room. We stayed there for hours! "Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "
