"The hotel staff were very helpful and impeccably gracious. While not in the liveliest area of Tokyo, the hotel still provided ample access to a variety of dining options and transit stations, all within easy walking distance. This hotel is the epitome of understated comfort and luxury and we would stay here again without hesitation. If I had a complaint, it would be a result of other, selfish guests who left their laundry in the two on-site washing machines and dryers for extended times beyond the load being completed, preventing others from timely use of the laundry facilities: but this is through no fault of the hotel."
