チェックインを17時ごろしたが、部屋の準備ができていなかった。スタッフさんはとても丁寧で親切であった。ソフトドリンクが自由なこともよかった。ただ、室外機が凍りついて氷点下になったにもかかわらず暖房が夜中に効かなくなり、寒くて悲惨であった。スタッフは夜10時から朝10時まで不在で、緊急電話は知らされているもののかけにくいこともあり、

冬場で来客が少ないことは仕方ないが、夜、私たち1組だけが宿泊し、施設管理者が敷地に誰もいないため、セキュリティに不安を感じました。

宿泊した日は寒い日でしたが毛布等は無く、薄い掛け布団が１枚のみでした。テント内にエアコンはありますが、気温の低い日にはほとんど効果なく、寒すぎてほとんど眠れませんでした。
