"I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a nice infinity pool qnd the room was excellent. Service from staff was also excellent. I found the beach was smaller than the photos had suggested and the hotel doesnt offer car rental - we had thought there was car rentals there only you need to be from Japan to rent those cars. I saw a little pile of dust/dirt behind the beds. The location is a bit remote, so you will need a car. Overall it was a good experience."

"My husband and I went this past week to the Terrace Club and are counting the days as to when we can return. The staff was phenomenal during our entire stay. They predicted our needs and wants before we even said anything. They appeared out of nowhere to assist us. The rooms were super clean, except the mattresses were very hard, but this is a matter of personal preference. The hydrotherapy pools was our favorite activity as well as the body treatments. Our only recommendations were to offer more dining options as the resort is very far from anything(1 1/2 hours to Naha airport. Also,there should be at least the concierge staff to be able to communicate in English. We struggled all week with the language barrier, even with our phone translator apps. Overall, I rate this resort with a 10 & can’t wait to return soon. Don’t hesitate. Just book your stay asap! "

"Heaven on earth. Our room was the best yet in a month of travelling Japan. The beach and water were out of a magazine. Breakfast was simply amazing. The staff were superb. Wish we could stay longer than the 3 days we had there. First class all the way!"
