"This room was very clean, large, comfortable, and I had one of the best views I have had in all of my travels in Japan. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip. Thank you to the staff for all of your hard work. "
"Fantastic hotel! Most spacious rooms in Japan. Beautifully appointed. Spectacular views over a tremendous new stadium. Greta gym, beautiful infinity pool and hot tub with stadium views. Lots of great places to eat. One of my all time favourites."
"We enjoyed our stay at this older bit very well maintained property. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and cool and quiet.
We were impressed with the staff, especially Shin I believe his name was. A new employee, kind of tall, maybe Korean? Anyway Shin helped us out so much during our stay and his English is very good. He should be a manager, thank you Shin!"
