"Wonderful stay for our family of 6 -Daily housekeeping -Friendly, helpful and professional staff -Fantastic location for restaurant's, shopping, etc.. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. They told me when Im was getting to check in the property it's not available because the owner they are not own it anymore. I can't contact the host/ owner of they said property. I need to get my refund, and she need to take it down her condo property in Expedia website. "

"I stayed in two bedroom apt this place needs a lot of improvements. The ac was dusty, we have to buy our own sponge and soap to wash our dirty dishes it doesn’t have any shampoo or toiletries, check in is inconvenient waited for almost an hour. We have to use the same towels total of 4 for 4 days of stay and no housekeeping and charge the dirty towels upon checked out. "
