"Super clean! Very nice hotel in a great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel. The worst part, I booked this room for 3 people, myself, wife and daughter. Daughter was 13 and that is the info I put in when I booked the room. When I arrived, they told me that their policy was 13 and over was an adult and we would need to pay for another adult in the room. This was never disclosed in the booking and I entered all of the information in when I booked. That is unacceptable to try to charge more once someone arrives. Holiday Inn and Expedia need to get this figured out so that no one else has this surprise. "

"I stay here twice a year. A lot more pricey compared to other places in Cebu, but this place is magical. Love everything’s will keep coming back. So tranquil and you’ll leave the place all rejuvenated. Plus - food is delicious and the service is unbeatable. ♥️"
