"Huge rooms that would be great for a family. The big lobby was a great place to hang out after we saw a show. Rooms were clean but not *sparkling* clean. The glasses in the bathroom looked kinda cloudy, for instance. Also it’s $6 for a black coffee in the morning, and you might have to wait a long time to get it from the bar, although it is excellent. Overall, it’s a fine stay, but not a 5 star experience."

"An total and absolute dump. Upon arrival it is immediately clear that the photos of this place were altered to make it look great when in fact there are floor boards coming up, broken blinds, holes in the wall and filth everywhere you look. No smoke detectors either which is against Michigan state law. Neighborhood felt very unsafe and in fact, a Google Map listing of the home indicated that the house was a nuisance to the neighborhood."

"Check in was easy, convenient location. We did pop a breaker when we used the space heaters, once we moved one to the kitchen area and had one in the bedroom it was fine and we had no other problems."

"The house is HUGE! The owners out a lot of love an attention to this property. They were super accommodating. Derrick is very pleasant and attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the hospitals and downtown easily accessible. I will be booking with them again!!! Thank you sooo much! "
