"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The casino was nice but I didn't hear machines going off at all. "

"We arrived a little after 4:00 p.m., knowing check in is at 3:00 p.m., to find out our room wasn’t ready. The lobby seats were full, presumably with others waiting for their rooms. My booking through Expedia said it came with two complimentary drink tickets, so we thought maybe we’d use those while waiting, however the receptionist said they were not included. We didn’t spend much time there, except to sleep after finally getting into our room and with our plans for the night, so I cannot vouch for much else. The little opportunity for interaction, or impression was a disappointing experience."

"We got there at 4 and didn’t get checked into our room until after 6. Was in town for a concert, we had to cancel dinner plans and had just order pizza to the room. Really disappointed with my stay. Borderline ruined the whole night."

"I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example. I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings down. When I got in the is building I discovered steep stairs and then a different flight of steep, but narrow stairs to get to my room. Why don't they offer to help you get your bags to your room? I would gladly tip for the help. The location is great, but when the woman asked me how my stay was at check out and I told her the truth, her response that the new owner was doing a multi-million dollar renovation. How does that apply to the cobwebs and dust along the top raiing and vents to my room?"

"Apartment was cute as described. Easy parking available on the street. Check-in process was smooth with great communication from host. All expected items were included in the apartment. Would stay here again. "
